These are our terms and conditions. They apply for all bookings at Bäverll Hills Stughotell, including bookings made at the web site or by a third party. If you have any question please contact us by email bokning@baverlihills.se or call us on +46 705 466225.
- Beställning/Booking
Antal personer, pris, logi samt övriga produkter och tjänster som ska levereras av Bäverli Hills Stughotell framgår av bekräftelsen som gästen mottar efter beställning.
Vi älskar barn, men då en av grundidéerna med Bäverli Hills är att det ska vara ett ställe där vuxna kan stressa av, umgås och mötas utan barn, ber vi er lämna barnen hemma. Minimiålder år 18 år, men i sällskap med målsman kan ungdomar från 15 års ålder följa med.
Husdjur kan medtagas, men endast efter överenskommelse med hotellet. Bäverli Hills Stughotell förbehåller sig rätten att inte ta emot husdjur om inte detta avtalats innan incheckning.
Storhelger som Jul, Nyår, Påsk och Midsommar bokas minst två nätter.
Number of persons, price, rooms and other services that shall be provided by Bäverli Hills Stughotell are written in the confirmation email that is sent to the guest after the booking is made.
We love children, but since Bäverli Hills, among other things, functions as a retreat for grownups we ask you to leave your kids at home. Minmum age is 18 but if you contact us in this matter when booking we might be able to arrange for children from 15 years of age to accompany parents.
Pets are allowed, but only after a special confirmation from the hotel. There might be circumstances at curtain occasions that prevent us from hosting pets.
At major holidays as Christmas, New Year, Easter and Midsummer only bookings for two nights or more are accepted.
- Prisavtalets giltighet/The validity of the agreement
De avtalade priserna är bindande för bägge parter men hotellet förbehåller sig dock rätten att justera priserna som följd av ändrade kostnader vid ökade skatter och avgifter eller andra förhållanden utanför hotellets kontroll.
The prices agreed are binding for both parties, but the hotel has the right to adjust them due to changed taxes and charges or other circumstances beyond control of the hotel
- Ändring och avbeställning/Changes and cancellation
Avbokning fram till tre dagar innan ankomst är gratis. Görs avbokningen senare än tre dagar innan ankomst debiteras 50% av priset i avbokningskostnad. Utebliven incheckning utan avbokning debiteras med 100% av priset. Kontrollera alltid vilka regler som gäller för din bokning.
The reservation can be cancelled for free until three days before the check in date. After that a fee of 50% of the price for the booking will be charged. Not showing up without cancellation is charged full price.
3.1 Garanterat till kl. 16.00/Guaranteed until 16.00
Hotellet är skyldigt att erbjuda rum till gästen fram till kl. 16.00 på ankomstdagen. Har gästen inte avbeställt, avtalat annan tid eller kommit innan denna tidpunkt kan hotellet avboka rummet utan att kontakta gästen.
The hotel is under obligation to offer the guest room until 16:00 the day of arrival. If the guest has not cancelled or made an agreement about another check in time and does not show up, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without informing the guest.
3.2 Garanti/Warranty
Reservationen garanteras via företagsavtal, resebyrå eller med kreditkort. Hotellet håller reservationen bekräftad fram till kl. 07.00 morgonen efter. Avbeställning av garanterad reservation måste göras senast kl. 16.00 på ankomstdagen. Om gästen inte kommer, eller om gästen avbeställer efter kl. 16.00 måste man betala för en hotellnatt.
The reservation is guaranteed by company agreement, travel agency or by credit card. The hotel keeps the reservation confirmed until 07.00 the morning after. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation has to be done before 16.00 on the day of arrival. If the guest does not show up or if the guest cancels after 16.00 the day of arrival, the guest has to pay for a night stay.
3.3 18-årsgräns/Minimum age 18
För gäster har vi en 18-årsgräns. I sällskap av målsman kan dock ungdomar från 15 år medfölja efter överenskommelse med hotellet. Bäverli Hills Stughotell förbehåller sig rätten att häva bokningen om giltig legitimation inte kan uppvisas.
We have a minimum age for the guests of 18 years. Yong people from the age of 15 years may accompany their parents or other older persons being responsible for them.
- Betalning/Payment
4.1 Kontant betalning/Cash
Vid kontant betalning kommer Bäverli Hills Stughotell att kräva antingen en kontantdeposition vid incheckning eller kreditkortsgaranti.
When paid by cash the hotel will request either a cash deposit or a guarantee by credit card.
4.2 Kortbetalning/Creditcard
Bäverli Hills Stughotell accepterar betalning från följande kreditkortsföretag: Visa och MasterCard. Detta gäller även vid bokning via internet.
The hotel accept payment with creditcards from VISA and Mastercard.
4.3 Faktureringspolicy/Invoice
Fakturering ska avtalas innan vistelsen börjar och är endast möjligt för företag. Kreditupplysning kommer då att göras. Vistelse under SEK 3000 kan inte faktureras.
Payment by invoice shall be agreed about before the visit and is only for companies. Minimum fee for payment by invoice is SEK 3000.
- In- och utcheckningstider/Check in and check out
Beställda stugor garanteras att vara klara för incheckning från kl.15.00 på ankomstdagen. Utcheckning är senast klockan 11.00 på avresedagen.
Check in time is 15.00. Check out time is 11.00.
- Ansvar för skada
Gästen, eller den som står som garant för rummet ansvarar för skador som uppstår som följd av oaktsamhet eller oförsvarligt uppträdande av gästen. Vi påminner om att Bäverli Hills rum är rökfria. Vid överträdelse kommer hotellet att kräva ersättning för extra tvätt av rummet. Denna ersättning uppgår till 1 200 SEK och kommer att debiteras från sluträkning till gästen som står som ansvarig för rummet.
Bäverli Hills Stugby är inte ansvarigt för personliga tillhörigheter och värdesaker som lämnas av gästen i rummen.
The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
We remind you that the rooms are no smoking. To not comply with this rule will cause extra cleaning of the room and an extra charge of SEK 1200.
Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
- Force majeure
Händelser utanför avtalsparternas kontroll – exempelvis strejk, lockout, brand etc. som gör det omöjligt att uppfylla förpliktelserna i detta avtal – ger rätt till att häva avtalet utan ersättningsansvar.
Circumstances out of our control, like strike, lock out, fire, nature disaster etc that makes it impossible to fulfill the obligations in these conditions give us the right to cancel without the obligation of compensation
- Domstol
Alla tvister som kan uppstå mellan parterna i detta avtal (gästen och Bäverli Hills Stughotell) ska behandlas enligt svensk lagstiftning. Om tvisten inte kan lösas i godo ska hotellets jurisdiktion gälla, med undantag för obligatoriska regler i konsumentavtal.
All conflicts that may occur between the parties in this agreement (The guest and Bäverli Hills Stughotell) shall be treated according to Swedish law. If the conflict can’t be solved in mutual agreement, the jurisdiction of the hotel applies with the exception of compulsory rules in consumer agreement.
